Payment terms
Payment is by bank transfer, to a TBC Bank or Bank of Georgia account. We do not publish the account number on the site and send it only once we have confirmed your order.
Why the account number is not on the site
For two reasons. The first is that publicly posted bank details are frequently used by fraudsters in somebody else's name. The second is that we want to know exactly what you are getting, and whether it is in stock, before any money moves.
You will receive the account number privately, through whichever channel you contacted us on.
How to protect yourself from fraud
This advice is general and applies to any online purchase.
- Do not transfer money before speaking to a real person.
- State what you are paying for in the transfer reference.
- Keep the correspondence and the transfer receipt.
- If you are asked to transfer urgently, or you feel pressured, stop.
We will never call you asking you to move money urgently to a different account.
