Antifreeze for Lexus
The Lexus RX, NX, ES, GS and the hybrid RX 400h and RX 450h are Toyota platforms, and the cooling requirement is identical. Toyota, Scion and Lexus appear on the Zerex Asian Blue data sheet, although the factory fluid is pink.

Hybrid Lexus and the inverter circuit
The RX 400h, RX 450h, NX 300h and CT 200h run two cooling circuits much like Honda's hybrids: one for the engine and one for the inverter and power control unit. The inverter circuit often goes unserviced for years simply because owners do not know it exists.
Toyota specifies pink SLLC for both circuits. So for a hybrid Lexus our direct advice is to wait for Zerex Asian Red unless the job is urgent.
If you are doing a full flush anyway
For a complete flush the blue is entirely valid by specification. Lexus is named on the list, the fluid meets ASTM D3306 and JIS K 2234, and service life is 5 years or 240,000 km.
Just be aware that the colour will change, and that means losing information later.
