An aluminium V6 with two cylinder heads
The RX's 1MZ, 2GR and 3MZ engines are all-aluminium with two cylinder heads. That means twice the gaskets and twice the coolant passages of an inline four.

The hybrid RX has two independent circuits, engine and inverter. Toyota specifies pink SLLC for both.
Leave the inverter circuit to a dealer or a hybrid specialist, because bleeding it follows its own procedure and sometimes requires forcing the pump to run.
