Antifreeze for Toyota Prius
The Prius is probably the most common hybrid in Georgia, which is exactly why we want to be especially straight with you here. Toyota, Scion and Lexus genuinely appear on the Zerex Asian Blue data sheet, but the Prius's factory Super Long Life Coolant is pink, and the more direct match is Zerex Asian Red.

Photographs come from the manufacturer's official materials.
Cooling system volume (litres) engine roughly four to five litres, plus a separate inverter circuit
The Prius has two cooling systems
Besides the engine circuit, the Prius has a separate loop for the inverter and power electronics, with its own reservoir and its own electric pump. This is the system nobody touches for a decade.
That inverter pump is itself a well-known failure point, and how it fares depends directly on how clean the fluid is and whether air has been left in the system.
Our direct advice to a Prius owner
If nothing is urgent and the system is healthy, wait for Zerex Asian Red. A pink-to-pink match is the cleaner decision and keeps the colour meaningful.
If you are doing a complete flush now and the old fluid is coming out anyway, the blue is entirely valid by specification: Toyota is on the list and the fluid meets ASTM D3306 and JIS K 2234.
We do not recommend topping up a pink system with blue. Adding a litre of distilled water as a temporary measure and waiting for the right fluid is the better move.
