Most Sportages in Georgia have passed 200,000 km. At that mileage the cooling system should be judged as a whole, not by the fluid alone.
The radiator's plastic tanks grow brittle over time, the upper hose loses its elasticity and the spring in the cap weakens. Those three parts age together, because they go through the same thermal cycles.
When you fill fresh fluid, check all three. The right coolant cannot repair a cracked hose.

Most entries on a data sheet read the same way: the product meets or exceeds a given standard. That is a legitimate and common claim.
The entry for Hyundai and Kia MS591-08 is different, because it uses the word approved. That is a step above and means the formulation went through a process controlled by the owner of the specification itself.
